Christmas trees are a staple in almost every home this time of year. They are usually very beautifully decorated and displayed for all to admire, even our kitties...
It is no secret our mischievous feline friends LOVE to do much more than admire our carefully adorned trees. For most, the tree is threatened by a small bunch of curious cats. That is definitely not the case for Adopt A Cat.
Nonetheless, we still want our kitties to be included in the holidays. So we have opted to create a virtual (and paper, in the shelter) tree for our kitties. Although they might not appreciate it as much, they will certainly feel the love behind the concept.
Now, we need your help to make our kitties holiday season a special one. With your support and generosity not only will our trees be covered with beautiful ornaments, our financial difficulties can also be greatly alleviated. Adopt A Cat depends heavily on the generosity of our supporters to exist. As a nonprofit 501c3, all donations go directly towards rescuing, rehabilitating, and housing the homeless cat population of Houston, Texas.
You can help decorate our trees by making a donation of your choosing. Online donations through GivingGrid will adorn our virtual tree and all in person donations will adorn our physical paper tree.
On December the 24th the star will be placed at the top of our trees by our largest donor!
We hope to see our tree's fully adorned by all of our wonderful supporters love and generosity towards our organization and its life saving efforts.
If you would like to symbolically fill the base of our kitties tree's with gifts please check our social pages for our daily Reverse Advent Calendar post's. You will find our kitties daily wish-list items, ready for you to gift.
Thank you all very much for taking the time to view our campaign and hopefully participate. we also ask that you please share our campaign and help us gain more support.
Happy Holidays!
