Campaign Details
National Tiger Sanctuary is a non-for profit big cat sanctuary that rescues animals from all sorts of situations. It all began in 2001 with the rescue of 5 tiger cubs. Since then, the sanctuary has rescued all sorts of exotic and domestic animals alike. Now, there are 47 big cats calling NTS their home.
On May 23rd, 2017, seven white tigers were given retirement from the circus industry. In August, nine more white circus tigers came to call NTS home. One of the females had been unknowingly pregnant and now is raising a fast growing cub! With 17 new animals at the sanctuary, many temporary habitats had been built. Now that everyone has settled in, we want to expand their habitats and make them permanent. This will allow us to give each animal a secure bedroom lockout area, swimming pools, climbing platforms, and so much more!
If you would like to support the building of these habitats and the care of these new animals, please share this with your friends and family and select a box on our giving grid!
