Campaign Details
In 1998, Linda Blair, began the difficult challenge, to stop dog fighting and nationally oppose the prejudice against the Pit bull breed. (You can read more about this here https://www.facebook.com/LindaBlairWorldHeartFoundation/posts/10154168610799673)
Our last remaining Katrina Survivor Holly, battles her last days with Cancer and is grateful for people like you who support Linda Blair Worldheart, giving her a happy and loving, forever home, here at LBWF.
LBWF was on the front-line fighting animal experimentation, when the public was unaware of the horrible plight of many of our shelter pets. We educate on proper, nutritional food, herbs and supplements to help our animal friends live healthier and longer lives.
LBWF dog rescue, is the largest rescue in California and one of the largest in America! We continue to save lives, that would otherwise die every week, but we need your help!
We are a non breed specific rescue, saving lives from animal shelters, home foreclosures, and stray abandoned animals. We are known for saving the under dogs, such as Staffordshire terriers, Pit bulls, and the now overpopulated Shepherds, Saint Bernard's, Poodles, and small dogs. We save moms and puppies, to seniors, who need a loving home, to call their own, in their twilight time.
Your donation actually saves lives and supports the many rescued dogs of LBWF, that need your urgent donations and support! Your donation pays for medical care, immunizations, precious food, water and a loving, transportation and a safe place finding shelter and safety at LBWF. In order to save lives, many times we have to place the dogs in temporary, emergency boarding, to wait for transportation or a spot to open up at LBWF. Our boarding bills have run into the thousands through the years. There simply is no other way to save these precious lives. We need your help to pay for these emergency and daily costs to save them!
We need to change the laws this year, against animal abuse and to stop the unnecessary euthanasia of our pets in the shelters across America.
