Welcome to #GivingTuesday 2022
This year we would like you to consider donating to Hope Animal Rescues. We have had a very busy and costly year and it's not quite over. Here are just some of our "special needs" dogs that we have saved this year.
- Chihuahua who was found to have Pulmonary Fibrosis
- English Bulldog who was found to have Mast Cell Carcinoma
- Pug mix who was viciously attacked by a large dog
- Pitt Bull from animal control who 3.5 weeks later delivered 12 puppies
- Chihuahua with Congestive Heart Failure
- American Staffordshire with Heart Stroke abandoned at Vet Hospital
- Rescued 16 dogs from owners who were going into a Nursing Homes
- Rescued 17 Senior dogs (age 8 yrs. or older)
The past few years have been some of the hardest for most rescues. Donations are down and now we are facing a dramatic increase in the number of dogs being surrendered to Animal Controls, left in abandoned homes, or dumped in the country to fend for themselves as well as the number of unwanted Litters of puppies and kittens being born.
We are hurting, but our work must not stop
While we are so grateful to our community of supporters for helping us survive this long, we are continuing to struggle and unfortunately moving backwards, in terms of our expenses versus our donations. We don't know how much longer we can sustain this trend, but we can't stop saving the fur kids. Our work is too important, so we need to get through this somehow.
We also know that some of you are struggling too, so if you're not in the position to donate, you can also help by sharing our campaign with others you think might want to help or even better, start your own fundraising campaign by clicking the button above that says "Fundraise for this Campaign." It's so simple.
We're pleading for your help... We need to catch a break.
#GivingTuesday is a day to show your love and support by helping Hope continue our mission. A way to show those broken but still hopeful souls that they do matter and that they are loved.
Somehow, we always find a way to make it through for the benefit of those precious souls. Sometimes it almost seems impossible, and we look back and wonder how we got by. Then we quickly remember. Our miracle is YOU !
Together, We are Hope..
Hope Animal Rescues
About the Organization
We are a 501c3, State Licensed, dog RESCUE. We pull animals on their last day of life at animal control facilities and we work with Animal Welfare Agencies at the City and State level regarding the abused and neglected, so that they may find a true second chance within our adoption program. Today we are a non-profit corporation and our mission is one of compassion for the homeless and rehabilitation for the physically and mentally abused.
